The ability to change inserts to alter the density level allows you to fine-tune the boot for therapeutic needs that change as the horse's condition changes.Below is a chart of insert options. These boots are the best thing to happen to horses in a long time! They are perfect for trailering, when your horse is tied to the trailer on concrete or rocks, or during injury/rehab. To determine size: • Measure width of each hoof at widest point, from outside edges of hoof wall.• Use the larger measurement to select corresponding size, from 1 to 9, from chart. • The size is indicated by the last digit in the style number. Example: SR1003 is a Size 3 (Large) Boot.
